All works and items sold on this site are subject to the terms and conditions of Big Cartel LLC, Paypal UK Ltd and Mark Pender Art as appropriate. Mark Pender Art is the trading name of Mark Pender.

Works sold are returnable for any reason for a full refund (except delivery costs) within 14 days from date of purchase in keeping with Big Cartel's terms and normal online UK Law requirements. The cost of return will be borne by the buyer, who will also be responsible for loss or damage incurred and items must be suitably wrapped and protected. Your statutory rights apply but all works are otherwise non-returnable. If you wish to return an item, you must email Mark Pender Art ( [email protected] ) before despatch.

Mark Pender retains copyright over all works and other items sold unless specifically agreed in writing with the buyer. 

All purchases through this site will be despatched by Royal Mail or courier at the choice of the seller. Despatch will normally be within 2-3 days with 48 hours standard tracked and signed-for delivery. Items will automatically be insured up to £500. Excess insurance can be arranged on request. Otherwise, delivery is at buyer's risk.

If you wish delivery to be by "click and collect" or other specific method, please contact Mark Pender Art before purchase.

Rates on this site are for UK mainland only. For Channel Islands etc, Europe or further or overseas, please contact before buying. 

Mark Pender is based in Sherborne, Dorset. It will be possible to collect purchases by agreement and personal delivery may be possible for more expensive or large items. Again, contact Mark before purchasing to discuss.
