- Yes, except prints and cards specifically labelled as such.

* Who is the artist?
- All items on this site are the sole work of Mark Pender.

* Are there any other works for sale by Mark Pender? 
- Almost certainly yes. Contact him through his website.

* Is there a shop or gallery where I can see Mark Pender's works?
- No, except where he is exhibiting with a specific exhibition, but he would be very pleased to welcome you to his studio. It isn't open generally to the public but he'd be very pleased to make an appoiuntment for you to visit.

* Do I have to buy these items through Big Cartel?
No, however it's easy and convenient, especially for smaller or less expensive items. See Terms & Conditions too.

* I don't have a Paypal account. How do I buy through this site?
- You can pay by debit or credit card. Just enter your email account in the Paypal login and fill in your details and you will see a place to fill in card details. Alternatively, you can send money by BACS but in that case email Mark Pender Art for details. 

* If I buy an item, can I sell copies or prints of it?
- Not unless Mark Pender has specifically given you permission in writing. The copyright to all works remains with the artist unless it is sold or licensed to you.

* Do you sell prints of original works shown on this site?
- Sometimes, although only items where the cost of producing high quality prints is worthwhile. 

* I don't quite see what I want but I like the style.
- Contact Mark and discuss a commission.
